Just another day
Well, today is my birthday or so I was told at 6:30 when my mother called to wake me up. I told her she was about 14 hours too early. Really there is nothing to look forward to after 21. I mean it is all just the same. So, my day will consist of something like this:
First, I had class at 8am, but ditched because it was my birthday and it is a stupid class.
Next I have a lab at 10am
I will come home around 11:30 and change into my business suit for an interview
Go back to school from 1-2:30
Head over to my interview at 3pm
go home and eat dinner before class at 6pm
Auditing class from 6-8pm
Online discussion for marketing from 8-9pm
Well...that's about it. Everyone is busy with tests and other plans and whatnot that I am spending my 22nd birthday alone. It is fine. 22 is no big deal. I will go see my dad on Saturday and my mom and grandma are taking me to dinner on Sunday. It's all very anti-climatic.
I did find out this morning that Ja Rule and Johnny Cash have the exact same birthday I do.
Oh, and the most exciting part...one of my friends (who also shares my birthday) gave me a great card with some scratchers in it. First, I had never scratched a lotto ticket before. I won $45! Pretty cool!!
