113 today...i will totally be 110 by the end of this week...no doubt in my mind. this is such an awesome feeling...and i haven't even needed to fast. i made brown rice and cooked it in chicken broth with a bunch of canned vegetables. i eat a bowl of that for breakfast and another one for dinner. then i work out some. it's awesome and it doesn't even screw with my metabolism. i love it!!
