ACTIVITIES
* Wander through the 91st Street Garden in Riverside Park, as seen in You've Got Mail (Riverside Dr and 91st St)
* Visit The High Line park.
* Head down to the Jersey Shore.
* Go to a candlelight class at Yoga For The People.
* Spend a night at The Poetry Brothel.
* Watch the sunset from Astoria Park.
* Go to a free class at Union Square on a Thursday morning, cardio at 7 am or yoga at 8 am.
* Trek out to Coney Island and have a hot dog at Nathan's.
* Watch the Mermaid Parade.
* Visit the Hamptons.
* Check out "The Edible Garden" at the New York Botanical Garden in The Bronx, until Oct. 17.
* Spend an afternoon on Long Beach on Long Island.
* Visit the monkeys at the Bronx Zoo. Free Wednesdays.
* Smell the flowers at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Free Tuesdays.
* See Al Pacino in The Merchant of Venice and Jesse L. Martin in The Winter's Tale at Shakespeare in the Park.
* Celebrate the Fourth of July like a real American.
* Try out brand new ice cream flavours at The Scooper Bowl in Massachusets.
* Celebrate NYC Pride.
* Visit my friends who are performing at the Rennaisance Fair upstate.
* See Hubbard Hall's production of "Taming of the Shrew" in upstate New York.

* Take advantage of NYC Restaurant Week.
* Go to Press Lounge and have drinks on their rooftop patio. (Eleventh Ave btwn 47th/48th St)
* Go to The Suffolk, an urban beach bar, complete with sand and sun umbrellas. (Suffolk btwn Delancey/Rivington)
* Get drinks and watch the sunset on The Frying Pan, a floating bar/boat. (Pier 66A, Twelfth Ave @ 26th Street)
* Have $5 All-You-Can-Eat BBQ on a Wednesday night at The Delancey. (Delancey @ Clinton)
* Try American fast-food classics, reinvented with high-quality ingredients, particularly the peanut butter chocolate milkshake at Bare Burger. (33-21 31st Ave @ 34th St, Queens)
* Have high end Mexican food at Hecho en Dumbo. (354 Bowery btwn Great Jones and E 4th St)
* Try the mac 'n' cheese at Cafeteria in Chelsea.
