Next Wednesday I'm gonna stay in New York for four days. I'm staying with a friend of mine that I met not too too long ago. She's a sweetheart, her name's Crystal and I met her through John who was doing a show with her in '05. I have to look at the train schedule so I can know when the trains leave. I'll be taking the train by myself for the first time. Eric says it's a good ride to take yourself 'cause it lets you reflect which is probably something I need to do. Detox the mind.
