I bought a book for the plane trip called "Anger - Wisdom for Cooling the Flames" by Thich Nhat Hanh. In the bookstore I was able to read the first two chapters which were really good. I think the advice they give is useful for anger and stress (which I suffer from more than anger) Anyways it's about Buddhists and the "Buddhist approach" for lack of better wording. When we get back I'll update on what I thought of the entire book. So far though I would recommend it.
