hey I'm friends with Kim....here's how you can upload pics really easy and for free....
go to this site
http://www.pix8.net/
and click on browse.
find the picture you want to add, hit ok, then upload.
once you upload it will give you a link to the pic. copy that address.
now in your journal type
if you want it centered you can do this
hope that works for ya !!
