Back to memory lane...

When I was younger there was three of us that grew up in the neighborhood together, and the three of us were always really good about making sure none of us were left out. Then one year we got put into a split class were there was just us three girls from our grade. That was the year I started playing ADP soccer. I didn't have as much time for them and they began to resent me for that. They weren't very nice about it either. That was the year I met my best friend. She was there for me while my two best friends decided I was too busy for them so they were going to be too busy, hanging out with eachother, for me. I was looking through my year book today and that year she wrote in my yearbook a thought that today makes a whole lot of sense. "True friends support you when your not there."

I don't think about her that much anymore, But when I do it reminds me of the things she taught me.

She and I had such strong values of friendship. And I have realized that I'm tollerating a lot from friends that she would've never let me tollerate.

Thank you for showing me who my true friends are.
