Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected to participate in the Keio University exchange program in Tokyo, Japan for the 2010-2011 academic year!
In early January, you will receive an email with your official acceptance and granting you access to your new My Study Abroad Account. This online portal will give you all of the next steps for your upcoming study abroad program and will give you the list of documents that you need to begin working on if you choose to accept your placement.
I strongly suggest that we meet to go over your new account and the documents that you need to submit for your time in Tokyo, as it can be a little overwhelming at first. If you are on campus over break, please let me know when we could meet. If you don't return to campus until the spring semester, then make sure to be in touch once you are back.
In the meantime, please go carefully through the information in your My Study Abroad Account once you have access and begin working on the documents, keeping track of all questions you have.
