So now that it's a new day, I feel that it's ok if I update yet again. I had wanted to update a 4th time yesterday, but then I thought that was a little much. :) Speaking of which, if you weren't signed in for whatever reason yesterday... I did update my journal and had a friends-only post with pictures from the Air Show of me, Shane, and Zach. Feel free to go check those out! :)
Anyway, so yesterday was pretty darn relaxing. I didn't do a whole lot. I hung around in the morning so I could say goodbye to Zach since he was leaving to go to KS in the afternoon. After he left, I went to the bookstore at my school to buy the two books that weren't in yet and supposed to be in... but they were STILL not in. So I decided to look at the NCC attire since I only have a few things and none of them really fit me (they are all HUGE).
I ended up getting sweats (blue, size small), a T-shirt (also blue... odd since my school colors are red and white, size small), and then a sweatshirt that was on sale that is gray and says NCC on it in red and white (size small). All are cute and the sweats are the most comfy things ever.
Anyway, so they put my name on a waiting list for those books, and then I left and went to Lifetime and worked out. I spent a good hour there and got an amazing workout in. I love days like that. :)
Then I came back and basically chilled around the apartment until Shane got off of work around 8 and then we chilled at his house, got in a little spat, and then made up and fell asleep. Haha.
Exciting things:
I did end up talking to Leah yesterday and we got TICKETS TO GO SEE WICKED on October 21st at 8pm! I am so excited! The tickets weren't too bad - like $48 a person. :) $59 with all the stupid "convenience" fees. Convenience my ass. Haha. Not too bad at all though! I am SO excited!
Also... tonight Ashley, Shane, and I are all going to the NCC football game versus Benedictine! I'm so excited! Ash and I are going to be all school-spirited and wear our NCC attire and red and white ribbons. We pretty much rock.
AND... the new Lifetime opens today in Romeoville! Shane feels that it's somehow closer to me, but I think with the traffic on Weber and the fact that the other one is only like 5-10 minutes from my school, I will still be frequenting the other Lifetime more often. However, this one looks quite nice and new! There's a virtual tour on the site... I'll post the link here for you guys so you can see where we work out at! It looks pretty much like the one I go to now only newer. So here's the link...
CLICK HERE! (Actually, now that the Romeoville one is open, I had to find this virtual tour on the San Antonio one... and I realized it's the same for all of them! But I guess cuz that's how they all pretty much look inside!)
