Weekend Update - if only I could be as funny as Tina Fey..and on that note, who's replacing my boy Jimmy Fallon as co-anchor? I'm so depressed he's leaving SNL. Boo Jimmy, Boo.
Friday Night - HUMID as all hell at the football game which we won against UConn (apparently a large rivalry, but really they are just bitter because we are leaving the Big East to join the ACC leaving them screwed in a crappy ass division). Becky came from Brown for the game - man, I really miss her. After the game, Lora, Katie, Becky, and I went upstairs to the 8th floor lounge and talked for hours...things would have been so different this year if she was my roommate and hadn't tranferred. Not that I don't like my roommate because Yamicha's great (although she uses a ridiculous amount of toilet paper.)
Interesting side note about the 8th Floor Lounge - apparently its the only part of our dorm that's airconditioned so groups of people sleep there everynight when it's really hot...at first we just assumed they kept coming in because they were being sexiled or something-but this "heat" excuse makes more sense than just a horny roommate.
Saturday - went into the city for a little shopping and lunch. Even though it was pouring rain - I love downtown Boston!! Then we walked for blocks and blocks to drop Lora off at her John Kerry fundraiser (she shook his hand - woo Go Lora!) and Becky to the train station. By the time I got back to the room a few hours later, every article of clothing was in severe need of changing and i was creating small puddles. Nightime - roommate bonding as we all rooted Miss Louisiana who came in 2nd(stupid Alabama won) in the Miss America pagent and then Pretty Woman.
Cold as balls today - which I guess is better than being humid and sticky like Friday. Lots of work to do and no desire to do it...miss my gn girls!
