Lots of things getting to me lately. Among them:
* People/corporations trying to take all the money they can from me. I don't have a lot to begin with.
* Being overwhelmed at work. Feeling frustrated when I'm not allowed to try and make things better.
* Spyware. -__-
* Being criticized and interrogated. I feel guilty enough, thanks.
* Projects. That REALLY need to be worked on.
Just...stupid stuff. Stupid stupid.
I think I need to fangirl for a while because that will calm me down.
Snakes 'n Barrels II
What really made this episode for me was Toki's epic beatdown. It was just so awesome. Metalocalypse has really brought out a morbid side I never thought I had, and if I ever totally lost it and started whaling on somebody, I'd want it to be like that. Bare hands and boot stomps and blood everywhere. And who hasn't wanted to headbutt that annoying guy all up in your space, screaming in your ear at a concert??
What also made me happy was the Dr. Rockso hallucination running around, with the tiny body and big head. He was so cute. And Nathan smacking those guys around. Pure gold. XD

Skwisgaar doing his mid-air solo. And Toki. And his don't-kick-me-out offer. XD
I think it's funny how the people behind the show could go way farther with fanservice for the guys (like the Thunderhorse video and the uncensored flashing groupies), but instead they keep the homoerotic undertones coming. Or, "homoeroticals," as Skwisgaar would put it. Huh. Now I'm curious about the show's male-to-female fans ratio.
Oh and I loved Takin' It Easy! X3 Toki and Murderface make an hilarious pair.
Favorite Quote: When Murderface snaps unintelligibly at Toki to offer the hot towels. I swear I rewound that part ten times and laughed each time.
Black Fire Upon Us
OOOOOOOOMGasdkjlje. AMAZING. Poor Toki drinking away his demons. And "if we could just reach certain things!" XDDD I loved Murderface getting to shine as the fire chief, it made me happy. I think it goes without saying that I WANT that episode's song. Like right now. And the thirty minute format won me over. The score for the episode also really blew me away. Guh. So much more I could say, but it's hard to convey the awesomeness.
And of course, Ofdensennnnnnnnnnnn!!!!! I have a good feeling that he's not dead, but still. Noooooooooo. Seeing him like that was like realizing Santa Claus doesn't exist. T^T I loved how he cussed a whole lot though.

The Smashing Pumpkins song from the Watchmen trailer has really grown on me. It just works so well, and gives me hope that the people behind the movie know what they're doing.
The song is also perfect to listen to when you feel like the world should die slowly for pissing you off. Or when you feel like you can only watch while the world dies slowly anyway. download song lyrics
