what up folk!
I am having a pretty ok summer. i am still jobless and not making any money. I am constantly looking for a job. I am spending countless hours with my man. Yesterday, he and I joined a few family and friends and had an intimate lunch at Brazilian Resturant for Father's Day. It was sweet and the food was delicious! Then I went back to my man's apartment and took a nap. a sistuh was tired from doing all that singing in the morning, so i took a nap with my sweetie and then we watched "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" Did i mention how much I love that movie, I really need to go to Jamaica, and I was sitting there watching the Stella movie with my man, he kinda resembles Taye Diggs with that smooth chocolate complexion and that baby face...ooh how did a girl get so lucky...
Anywhoo got a letter from the Decatur Almuni Chapter of Spelman saying welcome to the Sisterhood :) I gotta say, I am pretty thrilled with my choice of school! I will be a part of the Glee Club at Spelman which is cool because the some the girls that I sing with in my Church Choir are a part of the Spelman Glee club as well so I will know some folk!! Yay!
