here's the scarf for my dad's wife. i did the same pattern as the purple one for my mom, but with this chenille yarn you can see the lace effect much better.

then i made my sister, karen a scarf out of lusciously soft misti baby alpaca. this is the yarn. i had two matching balls and decided to use both.
