100 Questions

In the book How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci there is the 100 questions exercise. In one sitting you write down 100 questions off the top of your head about yourself and your life. I did this exercise about a year ago, then got busy and never finished reading the book so the questions got tucked away in a binder. Tonight, I did a new list 100 then dug out that old list to reread it. It's amazing how much can change in a year. The old list was so... sad. It was full of big questions like who am I and why am I never happy. I'm happy to say that most of those questions have either been answered, or don't matter as much anymore. Even though I put the list away and forgot about it, I think the act of admitting them conciously, even just once, changed things. It's nice to see that my life is finally making progress. For so long, I felt like it was standing still.
