I've been reading/editing old fics and it's put me in the mood to write. I'm wanting to finish some of my abandoned stories, it's just been so long I don't know if I could go back to them. Worth a try though.
So I'm listening to Eminem and scrolling through an old fic, trying to find the flow of it again. God I've missed writing.
Dorte told me a few months ago that AOL seemed to steal the spirit from me. I can see what she meant. I became someone else while I was working there. I was so depressed, and corporate bullshit really got to me. I may be broke and eating rice for breakfast, but I'm glad I'm away from there. I'd rather be poor than a walking zombie, and that's what AOL made me. You can't write if you're a zombie.
