It's just a flesh wound!
Tonight at soccer I went up for a header, cracked heads with a guy on the other team and ended up splitting my scalp open. I now have first-hand experience with the fact that yes, head wounds bleed a lot.
Um, I'm fine, really. I have a bump on the head, and the cut is still bleeding a bit, but it's pretty shallow. I don't think I need stitches or anything like that. My main concern is the question of how I'm supposed to wash my hair.
