I just had to spend another $600 on my car. Because on top of the $400 for new tires a couple weeks ago, apparently there was some stupid coolant leak that required fixing gaskets and flushing out the engine and god knows what (don't ask me -- just because I edited the Lemon-Aid books doesn't mean I know anything about cars). And I have to take it back in a week or so to make sure that it's actually fixed. Yay.
Adding to the crankiness was the fact that when I went to the garage to pick it up after work, the guy said it wasn't quite ready yet, it would be another 20 minutes or so. No problem, I'll go grab a bit to eat and come back. Which I do. And then have to wait for ANOTHER FUCKING HOUR for them to really be done. Thank you so much. If I'd known it was going to take so long, I would have gone home and come back tomorrow. Grrrr.
