Apartment

okay guys, i could use some feedback about this apartment situation i'm in so let me know what you think.

THE DEAL: Schoenersville Apartment Complex

The apartment I am interested in is one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bath.
I am not sure at this point whether or not it is an furnished or unfurnished apartment. I will find out when I receive the brochure which details the floor plan (to be received hopefully tomorrow).

THE AVAILABILITY:

May 15th

....and now for the important bit

THE RENT:

The rent for said apartment is $729/month. The rent includes the following : heat, hot water, cooking gas, basic cable, and if I heard the lady correctly also my electric.

Now, the part i could really use the feedback on:

On the one hand, I really wouldn't mind having this apartment, i think. It's close to school and still to work which is convenient. It includes utilities. It's in a complex of apartments, and not part of a house which i would have to share with others. Also, I wouldn't have to move home this summer and commute an hour or more to work everyday.

On the hand, It is a little bit pricey. I mean I think I could handle it every month, but it means that i would have to work a lot, however, its not like i don't do that already. Also, I think I will be able to build up quite a nest egg this summer what with working every day. So should I for some reason not make quite as much as I need over oh say the winter, I could use this little cache. I guess my real problem is that I can't seem to decide whether or not to jump on this opportunity or in the words of Rowlf the Dog, "hope that something better comes along.." i.e. hold out for an equally good apartment elsewhere and hope for a cheaper price. Help!
