Note to self: I need a more energized day. I believe how you start your day strongly influences the rest of your day.

I am going to start a new schedule starting tomorrow:

5:45a.m.: Wake-up & dance stretches

6:00a.m: Shower

6:15a.m.: Get dressed

6:30a.m.: Cook breakfast

7:00a.m. Walk to the Hillcrest Shuttle.

I am going to practice some self-discipline for the next couple months, bear with me.
