Crazy
So yeah, I woke up on Sunday morning and decided that I didn't like my hair anymore! So Noel was up and I asked him to come into town with me and I went and got about 13 inches cut off. I donated 12 inches braided to Locks for Love and I absolutely love my hair right now. Other people are having some difficulty dealing with it but that's okay because they will get used to it. Noel said that he liked it and a lot of other people said that it looked good, but a lot of people said that they liked it better long too. Oh well, all that matters is that I like it, right?
I found out all of my grades from last semester, I got 3 B's and 2 A's which is really cool because I didn't think that I was going to do that well. I don't go back to school until the 18th, so I have a while to rest which is also really cool. I wonder what everyone will say when they see my hair. It should be interesting.
Daddy and Mommy quit smoking this year, it has been a thrill so far. I can't wait until they aren't crabby anymore. Hopefully they will actually stick to it and not start up again. They are going cold turkey, so we've been having oodles of fun. Oh it was so funny, New Year's Eve was Mommy and Daddy's anniversary so they went out and Mom got totally plastered. In the 19 years that I've known her, she has never been drunk and it was so funny to hear her on the phone, hiccups and all.
Next weekend I'm going down to Massachusetts and I can't wait because I haven't been down there in a while. I miss everyone and I want to know what they think about my hair. I also can't wait to see Noel in his work clothes because he has to dress really, really nice and I want to see how he looks in normal clothes.
