Directing the Show--a Demily fanfic

Since ff is all crapped out, writing an RPF seemed like the right thing to do.  This little riff on David's directing stint was inspired byshipperatheart,  whose planning for her OWN fic (squeeee!) got my mind working.

As usual, hopelessly un-betaed (I know.  People like me shouldn't be allowed to post.  Or even live), but I hope you find it amusing nonetheless.

I knooow...when the idea came to me, my first thought was "THINK OF ALL THE NAUGHTY POSSIBILITIES", and then the second was "I better write this immediately or else SOMEONE will beat me to it!" Neener, neener, imaginary Demily competitors.

Heh. Fantastic. Your writing is always so captivating and I love all the little details (t-shirt (farmsanctuary!: rescue, education, advocacy!)) of it. I hope, as the ending implies, we get to see Emily's turn at directing!

I don't know where I've been (under a rock?), but I've recently realized that this whole Demily thing (or RPF in general) really pisses some people off. Like, they are personally offended and shit. Normally, I don't give a damn one way or the other about the actors/actresses that play my favorite characters, but these two are just too damn hot together for me to resist speculating about them.

I know, I climbed reluctantly in that hell-destined handbasket when I joined the world of Demily...but to tell you the truth, I haven't regretted it;)

They are SO hot, and I haven't yet been given a compelling reason why thinking about them doing naughty things is hurtful to anybody...so. Therefore...

Actually, now that I think of it, this is really not my first dip into the murky pool of RPF. This may be before your time, but I remember, way back in the day, thinking that there was no freaking way that Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd weren't jumping each other at every available opportunity. And then I sort of had the same thought in my dirty little head about a certain David and Gillian and dared to mention it and got my ass chewed out spectactularly by some of the rabid anti-RPF peeps out there. So I supressed my evil urges . . . until NOW. Because D&E are too effing hot for words and then you go around posting fics like this and . . . I cannot . . . resist.

Now move over and make room for me in that basket already.
