well, its diet time again. knowing that the goos are going to be touring is of course the biggest catalyst for getting the extra weight off but also the fact that I desperately want to take a vacation and don't want to travel fat is a big one

I have such a twisted relationship with it. Pizza, (which i swear i could live on), KFC, and donuts. Those are 3 things that i really don't (like to) allow myself. I probably eat pizza more than the other 2. I might have 5 donuts a year, if that...cuz those really are thee worst things ever - there's not a shred of nutritional value to them so i can't justify eating them even a little bit...'least pizza can have veggies and fried chicken, albeit a stretch, is a protein! Still...ugh...
