hello all...
I'm feeling better today...but I'm very tired.
Today was all right though. I went to about an hour of IH then headed downtown and met up with a couple people from my journalism class for the city hall meeting we had to cover...it was really uneventful so I have no clue what to write about. We thought it was going to be somewhat juicy b/c as we were walking in there was this huge crowd of people picketing the parking tax increase. Apparently they all had the wrong date b/c the parking tax was not on the agenda...needless to say, they left half way through the meeting...leaving us story-less. Oh well, now I must use the greatest skill I have learned in college so far: pulling something from absolutely nothing.
After the meeting I went to go visit my mom at work. I was glad that the meeting was over before noon b/c I really wanted to have time to go have lunch with her. Coincindentally, it was bring your daughter/son to work day. Anyway, we had a nice lunch at FP and then we cruised back to Temple with the top down on the Boxster...it was sweet I had never been in a convertible with the top down before and it was such a beautiful day! Plus, I was only 20 mins late for Poli Sci...so not only did I pretty much get the gist of the lecture, but i only had to sit through an hour of my asshole prof's sarcastic, self-absorbed banter.
So now I'm back here contemplating a nap b/c I'm feeling a little worn out. I need to do research for my lit paper tonight and tomorrow I'm going home and I get to see my sexxy Seth woo hoo...can't wait! This week flew.
