We are the bastard children...
Work wasn't fun today.It was quite hot and sweaty in the snack-shack.It's a lot like a sauna,but not as nice... and it smells of fries and hamburgers. The good thing is that there are still good people at that club that are nice to us when we're having a hard time of it. So three cookies for them!! :) I work again Thursday night(3-cl) with Sarah and Ashley...so hopefully we'll be able to go home early. Then Saturday is the big fawkoff swim meet- so there will be four of us working. One can only hope the weather is bad so that we'll only have to deal with the swimmers and not have to take orders from both the pool window AND the golf window(although they are pretty good tippers).It would be nice to have a little breathing room. I plan on getting a "Snackbar Wishlist" going-we're never going to have a plasma tv in there or anything...but air-conditioning or a nice radio or something would be nice. My last day at MBCC will be August 3rd-so just a little bit left to go.
Mookie has been awesome(as usual) and has been calming me down when things have been getting all crazy and hectic. He's such a wonderful person that sometimes I still wonder how I'm so lucky to be with him *blush*. He'll be coming up for my 22nd birthday-so don't expect any posts from me then,cause I'll be busy :) He does have me hooked on Halo 2 now,and that's pretty impressive considering I'm not all that familiar with Xbox to begin with. Those little grunt guys are so cute :)
What else? I can't think of anything... brain is slowly turning to mush so it's time to head in.
