Easter didn't suck as much as I thought it might. Went to my aunts house had a good meal, beat up some little cousins, and watched some hometown boys in the spartans kick some kentucky ass. Very good game to watch and I commend Kentucky for even making it into overtime. My uncle eugene is interesting to know. He is a bigot and knows it, makes some pretty bad comments but isn't really serious I don't think? He's the kinda guy who is into the whole cowboy thing and hunting and has the stache of a cowboy! His office has some really cool stuff in it. A mounted deer butt thats actually a pencil sharpener, snake skin, a grenade lighter, some pictures of trucks in his trucking company. But so we come home and I was the first to notice when my dog Pepsi comes downstairs that somethings a little wrong. Shes like limping and her heads tilted sideways. She had gotten sick too. Kinda knew it was close to her end. I was happy my bro stuck around and hung out with us for a while since he didn't have work on Monday. My dog just sat around not moving too often with its head tilted. Became inevitable that we were going to put her to sleep the next day. I woke up feeling like shit as I had actually late the last night before coughing and sneezing, and it sure made me feel better knowing my dog of 15 years of age would no longer be with us. Dad and brother came and took her to the vets and were with her til the end, hard to do. It's strange how pets become family. Supposedly just dumb animals there is a connection created and a companionship. I mean really my two beverage oriented dogs, Pepsi and Faygo, have been with me through everything. The childhood days where I would run around with them when they were just young pups, but they'd always know that if I sat down on my deck and called to them they were gonna come to be petted. They will both be missed.
So I didn't do anything on Monday with the dog situation and I wanted to recover. Then wake up today and the weather outside was amazing. Beautiful day. Marx and myself went to levagood planned to throw around a football didn't really get to it tho. Tried to go get our shirts made finally but that fell through. Then tried to go to the movies with Erik and Woj but that fell through. So just me and Marx went to Ann Arbor. Glad to be there again but it was so weird with such a small amount of people around. Pinball Petes was cool just sat around playing Quiz Dragons and we beat it, woooo. That was pretty much it but it was still a cool day.
