I'm thinking a truly haunted, abandoned house that, inconveniently for our boys' necessary work, has been taken over by the local Jaycee's for a Halloween haunted house fundraiser (open to the public for an admission fee, with the standard fake haunted house stuff put on to try to scare people as they're guided through) for the whole month, complete with 'round the clock Jaycee member guards to keep the local kids from pranking or vandalizing the site after hours. Anyway, the guys sort out that it's not a regular find-and-burn-and-salt-the-ashes kind of ghost messing with this house/killing people/whatever; it's a demon who won't be driven out until it "shall hear pure satisfaction." Dean and Sam might misunderstand that demand at first, thinking they heard/saw/whatever "shall HAVE satisfaction," but when they see/hear it again, they understand that this thing wants to HEAR "pure satisfaction."
