Hooray! Just keep learning how to be smart and thinky! Plenty of years after college to decide what to apply that to remuneratively.

And, um, not that you should make me your model for *anything*, but I'm about fifteen years past declaring my college major and I'm still only pretending to be a grown-up (and only when necessary).

English is actually somewhat marketable. The world is always looking for technical writers, communications types, people with grammer skills, or just plain people who can talk. If you really want to screw yourself, you should major in history.
