I am in desparate need of a graphic/web designer for my health counseling business.
I need a business logo and corresponding web template.
I want to pay for this service, but I dont have a lot of money.
I have seen design logo websites out there that will do a logo for $99. I dont really want to go that route. I would like to spend my money with someone I know. I have a budget of $125-$150 for the logo.
I know that web design is MUCH more costly. I am looking for a design template to work from. Stephen and I can work together on finishing everythign off as he knows html and flash. I have a budget of $500 - $750 for the web design.
All that being said, I would like to work in close contact with someone to develop these things. I have a generally clear idea of what I want, I just dont have the design savy to do it myself. also, I cannot make a lump sum payment, but I can do a bi-weekly payment plan via pay pal.
