I can finally breathe
My teacher is really impressed by how quickly i dove in and "fixed" everything. i don't have a internship yet, but I have until mid may or so. I've called plenty of places and something will work out.
I also already registered for the spanish class. its an interim I at rvc. I think they're actually called summer I now, but whatever. anyways, for those of you that don't know interim I/summer I courses are a form of suicide. It starts may 19th and ends June 9th. thats three weeks. normal semester are 16 weeks. its four days a week. 5 hours a day. this is how i ended up passing algebra and worked out great for me. hopefully it will also work great for spanish.
it's overwhelming to think im moving back to rockford in two weeks instead of two and a half months. dad is going to kick it into high gear and try to finish the room in the basement for me. There is so much i can do this summer that i didn't think i'd be able to do. maybe ill finally be able to see a cubs game! Maybe ill get to go to a zoo again. Maybe ill get to go to a few concerts! I can start hanging out with my friends again.
two weeks and ill be saying good bye to this apartment. although im not a fan of macomb it was nice to have my own space here in macomb. I get to have one more summer of being a "kid" before i enter the real world...
I keep thinking of all the things that need to be finished before i move out (besides things such as my 10 page paper). I posted all of my furniture on craigslist in an attempt to sell it instead of giving it to salvation army. I also need to have my mail forwarded. i need to cancel netflix. change the address for my magazines (which i actually just did right after i typed it!) I'm so tired of moving. of course once i move back into my parents house ill have to move again at some point. i can't live with mom and dad forever. I'm trying to minimize my stuff so i posted some stuff on craigslist. most everything has sold, but is anyone in need of a desk? It's a purple IKEA desk that i'm posting on craigslist for $25.
I'm sure there are things im forgetting that need to be done....
