1. inspection went off with nary a hitch. by some act of god we have managed to sell our house in less than a month in this horrible market.
2. both my kids are in bed fast asleep and it is barely 9.
3. i have a bottle of really yummy red wine.

5. my mom has agreed to swap her ultra-comfy sectional couch for my weird green sleeper sofa.
