Yesterday was the last day of my W. W. Norton & Company Publicity Internship.  Ironically, yesterday, I did the most writing---IT WAS GREAT!  Remember how I was saying before how I was basically doing copying and filing up to my ass these past couple of Tuesdays?  Well, yesterday, I wrote to my heart's content.  I did a press release for my boss and some other writing projects.  It's good for her because it seems like she's going to use my final drafts as the actual documents she's going to be sending out to Norton Contacts and within the company. It might sound like she's taking my work and passing it off as mine. Yeah, I guess so, but at the same time, I'm flattered that she doesnt think it's a piece of shit. Rather, the contrary.  She says that I'm a really good writer.  Teee he hehehehe.  Overall, it's been a great experience and I got tons of free books that arent even in book stores yet.  Also, I met some great people who I will be staying in contact with.  This internship also gave me deep insight into what exactly goes behind in publishing companies and I can put that on my resume.  Yeee ha!

Monday, I start my new job as an Admissions Counselor/Recruiter.  It's such a nice transition---from Norton to this new job.  The timing could not have been better.  I'm a little nervous but more excited than anything.  I went in for fingerprinting this past Monday, and filled out tons of forms, so I'm all set to go.

Stability, or shall I say consistency, is starting to kick in now.  I think I like it.
