I went to in site training today for my tutoring job. It was from 9am to 4:30pm. It was ok, but like I said before when I went to the previous two training sessions on the weekend before I started to work, they could have so cut the time in half by cramming more stuff together. We had three workshops, and each was two hours. We had a 45 minute lunch break and another 15 minute break. We didnt need so much time for lunch, and we could have skipped the 15 minute break if it meant we would have gotten out earlier. But overall, it was helpful, but not really for me because I have only two more weeks at my job, then I am leaving, so I kind of felt like I didnt have to pay attention that much, but I was still interested in a lot what they had to say, even though they were repetitive. Blah. It's done, and I am so glad I got it over with. If I didnt go today, I would have had to go next Saturday, and that's a no no. Better now than later. Plus, I cant (and shouldnt) complain because I think we get paid for this training. Blarg. I have nothing constructive to say. Bye.
