Well, u guys are right. I need the money, so I am going to stick with the job. I am also going to e-mail them and demand a higher hourly rate. If they dont give it to me, I'll be that little fly that wont stop buzzing. If they do give it to me, I'll be all the happier that my three hours a day is not worked in vain. I am going to stand up for my rights! Quitting this job without a backup would be suicide. Worst of all, it would lead me right back to square one, and I hate that. So I am going to stick with it for the time being. There's always migrating to Vegas...
Well, my computer, Pearl, is up and running again. About a couple of weeks ago, she just randomly stopped connecting to the internet. We thought something was wrong with the DSL, but after talking with both DELL and Verizon technicians, we discovered the DSL connection was fine---it was the configuration of my computer. So we had to reformat the hard drive and start from scratch, and Voila...Pearl works again after we reinstalled Verizon DSL. Whoo hoo! Feels so weird being back on Pearl because I have been using my brother's computer for the last couple of weeks. Pearl is way better...
I am getting the sniffles. My brother has the sniffles too. I see a sick, snot-filled pattern coming along here. Oh, and my throat is scratchier than a pimp with crabs in his crotch. But there is hope....because...
