The last time these things happened, it was without warning as well, my good Charmy. My house left, leaving me in a most unfortunate situation of facing something quite large and apparently hungry. It was not my favorite experience here, no.

I am most well. I was not hit by such things this time, a fact that I am most thankful for.

That's good to hear. I, unfortunately, did not have the same luck. I ended up hallucinating about something very traumatic in my life...

That is most unfortunate. But trauma happens, this is life, yes? So you deal with such events, and then go on with your business. No one is without trauma.

Unfortunately, in my world, I'm still fighting the cause for my trauma. So, I can't just move on...

Fighting the cause does not mean you have not moved on, my dear bee. If you are dwelling on it, then you have not moved on. But dealing with it, this is not something to be ashamed of.
