Donation Time!

Okie dokie, I'm about to start the ball rolling out the winner notification / donation emails and it would be fantabulous to get a few volunteers to try the system out before I send everything out. Is there a Cloth Merchant / Fiction winner or three out there able and also willing to give me a hand?

It's fine to donate all three at once, just go through stages 2-5 for each item and C&P the receipt from stage 1 in each receipt box.

If you read steps one and two, it should have:

1. Go to https://donate.rainn.org/ and make your donation for the amount listed above or, if you're donating for several wins at once, the total of the amount to donate. If there is the facility to leave a note, please put "From Sweet Charity" (please don't put anything else!)
2. You'll need your receipt. Please do redact address/name details - really all that's necessary is the transaction id if you donated by Paypal, or the amount and date if you donated with a card. It's just so RAINN can verify the amounts I send them and no one's donation gets lost in the shuffle.
3. Go to Donate ({donate_url}), click the "2. Let us know!" tab and enter {donate_code} in the 'Code' field and filling out the other fields as directed. If you're donating for several items, unfortunately you will need to go through stages 2-5 for each item, cutting and pasting the receipt you got in stage 1.

If it's not, I need to poke it with sticks :(

Also, totally cool and awesome to donate more than the exact amount! Just make sure its in the box and I'll add it as a donation to the total :)

Yep that's all there, just wanted to be sure, sorry :).

The first time I tried to donate with Paypal I clicked on change info, in the last screen, and got an 'Error Occurred While Processing Request'.
Second time just clicked on Donate and everything went OK, forgot to round up but I'll donate more later.

Oh no! I no sorry or anything - please do let me know if I need to be clearer *g* I've just been poking at the template and sometimes it doesn't update, so I was worried it would be sending out old stuff and there lies badness :)

With the Paypal "change info", I'm guessing that was on the RAINN site? Sometimes they do have issues unfortunately. Your receipt came through for lisadarling so I can send that approval off - I'll obviously wait until you've filled in the other two to approve those so the notes go off properly.

They are clear, just my insecurities playing up.
I got the error when I suddenly thought 'shouldn't I add a note?' and wanted to check, and yes it was on the RAINN site. Maybe you could ad that when you pay with Paypal, you can't add a note?

I'll do the other two later, I'll have to think of what to say first :)

When I put in my third win I noticed that the mouse-over for the note to the offerer said 'your icon maker' I think that should be item maker?
