Summer...
My family reunion was a lot of fun. Went for a lot of bike rides, went to the pool a few more times, relaxed, swam and slid down natural water slides, and got to catch up with my cousins, uncles, and aunts. It was a good time. But i'm glad to be home. Though i'll be only be here for a week then its off to Charlevoix! Nick and i are leaving on the 24th-the 2nd and i'm really excited. :) I applied to Bank of America and Verizon yesterday and the day before. So keep you fingers crossed for me! Hopefully it won't be a problem that i'm gonna be gone this coming week... So when school starts up again, i'll be going for my last quarter and i'll finally have my AA! But there is a change in the plan for me transferring to a 4 year college. I talked to my cousin while i was at the family reunion about what she does. She told me that she is an esthitician (skin care) and she works for a doctor and loves it. I've always had a passion for skin, make-up, faces... This job just really sounds like its for me. I've also wanted to do something medical, but i knew i couldn't deal with the blood and guts that comes with a job like that, like being a nurse... With this, i can work with a doctor and help people, but not have to deal with any of that! I'm thinking that i'll get my degree and sign up for the next batch of classes next year. When i finish BCC i plan on saving money so i can do this. But for now, i'm just enjoying the summer while looking forward to the future. :)
