ok..first off i'd like to ask why anyone would ever name their son beau? just asking...
but on another note..i found out today that i might become a manager at panera. there is a girl there who has been a manager for about 4 months and she is doing a terrible job..no one likes her no one likes working with her and no one wants to listen to her..so we got a new gm about a month ago and he is already trying to get enough dirt on her to get rid of her. he knows that she is a terrible manager/employee so he's trying to get her out..anyway..i was talking to a different manager this morning and i asked her if he can actually fire her and she said yes but they have to find a replacement and that her and matt(the gm) were talking about possible candidates to fill the spot and she said "and it's you." and i said "i'll take it!" hehe..so anyway i asked her who the other candidates were and she said no one..hahaha YES!!! thats so great! and friday i was talking to matt about the bad manager and he said that he needs me to become a trainer-which is the next step up from where i am now- and he was asking me how long i wanted to work there and blah blah blah and then he said he needs people to be ready to fall into a position if it opens up...basically saying that if her spot opens up he wants me to be ready to fill it. i'm so excited! yippie!!!!!!
