ugh...i feel so ucky.
anyway..our landlord told us when we signed the lease that if we wanted to possibly buy the house to give her six months to make sure we really wanted to buy it and she still wanted to sell it. so we were out the other day and she called and said that we don't have to wait anymore because she's pregnant..so we asked her how much she wanted for it and she said $75,000..whoa! i was thinking no more than $60,000. so i guess we'll just be renting for a while..maybe we can find a house to buy..some day..i just don't know where i wan't addie to go to school..so i don't know where to look. oh well.
