My appetite has really dropped. When surrounded by food I was quite likely to eat the majority of it, often compared to Pippin from Lord of the Rings. But yesterday was a fine exmple of how much it has diminished. All day I ate 2 slices of melted cheese on bread, 1/3 of my spinach pide, 2 donuts, and a handful of light and tangy chips and some lollies. ALL DAY. I usually would've eaten 10 times that easily, I usually would keep up with what James eats or even surpass his consumption and he's a large man whereas I'm a pretty small woman.
Does this indicate weight loss due to small food intake? Or perhaps a possible weight gain if my metabolism is slowed down?
