Reason I can post the 2nd Payment details this early is:-
1. Local Postage is more or less fixed. Either $0.50, $0.80 or $1.00.
Order only rhinestones, postage is $0.50.
Order only Glue, postage is $0.80.
Order only Top screw jars, postage is $1.00.
Order rhinestones and Glue, postage is $0.80.
Order rhinestones, glue and Top screw jars, postage is $1.00
2. As long as you had post your mailing option, I will be able do the 2nd Payment details.
Once the 2nd Payment details is out, you may proceed to top up accordingly.
