Life is just so unfair.
I had never chase ppl for top ups but ppl keep chasing me for refunds.
I even post out all without any top up on the postage.
I did said that I will do refunds asap.
And after refund will send email to all.
Reason for the delays on the refunds is because there is huge amt of OOS items.
There is a total of SGD $600 plus of refund to do.
And this $$ is still with Seller MAZ. Which is more than 10k of NT with them.
MAZ dont have any new arrivals all are old stocks.
I cant do any new spree so that can use up the OOS amt in this spree.
If I would to do refunds now,
that means I need to come out my own cash to do it first.
Please understand that this is not a samll amount.
Let me have sometime to see what is the proper way to get the refunds done.

Please take note that I may take longer time to do your mailing,
reason is that I dont check emails often these days.
As for refund, please dont worry.
