Don't so gan jiong and transfer any Registered Postage to me. ;p
3. Please decide which Mailing you preferred. Normal Mailing or Registered Mailing.
Once items arrive I will sort, pack, weigh, calculate the postage and paste the stamps according to your choice.
Once I paste the stamps, changes from Registered Postage to Normal Postage will not be allowed.
4. Details of Top up or Refund will be in 2nd payment details.
5.
Sample of 2nd Payment Details 6. All normal mailing will be send using Certificate of Posting.
$0.20 is added to Postage.
7. What is Certificate of Posting?
Certificate of Posting is a proof that I have personally send your items via normal mailing @ post office.
On the Certificate of posting, I will have to fill in your mailing address and name.
With Certificate of posting, I am required to go to post office and personally hand the mails to the post office. The officer at the post office are required to stamp the date and sign on it.
That means the officer at the post office have actually accepted my mails.
8. Is is different from the normal postage by SingPost?
It is still be send via SingPost. Same normal postage by SingPost.
Just that additional procedure for me to mail them out.
Usually Normal mail can just drop into any post box.
But with Certificate of Posting, I can only mail them out @ post office and must have a post office officer to accept it.
Certificate of Posting is a form (similar to registered mail form), need to paste a 20cts stamp, post office officer will have to chop the date they receive and signed.
If is lost mail, we can just check with SingPost.
As I have Certificate of Posting to proof I send the item out.
9. Then why do you have to pay additional $0.20?
For Certificate of posting, I am required to paste a $0.20 stamp on the form itself. So I am not the one charging the additional $0.20.
SingPost is charging $0.20 for such service.
10. With Certificate of Posting, how it benefit you as a spree-er?
As you know, for normal mailing, there no way you can track your mail if it wasnt delivered to you on time. Then you will start worried and thinking if organiser had actually mail out? Or really lost?
But with Certificate of Posting, it can proof that me as a organiser, I did post them out and personally hand it over to the post office's officers.
If there is any case of lost mail, it will be SingPost fault.
If there is any case of lost mail, I will also scan a copy of the Certificate of Posting to you for you to check or follow up with SingPost.
So overall, you only pay additional $0.20 but I am doing much additional work inorder to get your items send.
11. Can any spree-er opt out this Certificate of Posting?
Sorry not possible. All must agree to this Certificate of Posting before joining my spree.
