DAY ONE Uh...there was nothing interesting going on that day because they just got here and the rents had planned to go to Mystic Lake for a seafood buffet. So all the adults with with them and left us kids at grandpa's house. Henry was playing Mario baseball or something and hogged the Wii. He also played wrestling which wasn't interesting either. And when he decided to play something with 4 players, none of the games worked. So we moved on to watching tv. Family Guy, specifically. And then our parents got us and we stayed up most of the night talking and I think we played Mario Kart Wii. A full 32 courses without rest. xD That was so much crack. I swear.
OH. OH. WAIT. I remember now. We went to Rosedale to shop for awhile. xD Screwed around in the Apple Store. Went to Claires. xD I got me some arm warmers. YEAH. My collection grows~ And I got me a Haruhi-ism bag. xD;; Even though I just got my Gir bag. BUT I REALLY WANTED IT. I was gonna get an Elizabeth or Sadaharu plushie. But those were almost $30 each. D: I was really tempted to get a bento box too. xD;;
Puppet show thing at the store next door to the place I got my bag at. 8D That store is owned by my dad's friend I think. But I didn't know if she was working that day. So I didn't bother. xD;; These puppets bring back lots of memories. Haha. I used to mess around with my cousins on my dad's side of the family. Our uncle had a basement full of those puppets and he would give us a new one whenever we came over. Which wasn't often, but y'know. But of course, they didn't last that long. They got tangled easily. :\
DAY TWO Mom had to work so it was just us and the aunties/uncles. We went to Mall of America for a couple hours. Me and my cuz got to walk around on our own for sometime. Visited all the teen stores. xD;; I wasn't really interested, but at least it got me out of my just t-shirts and jeans phase. I GOT CLOTHES THAT ACTUALLY LOOK NICE. 8D Sorta. I just hope they fit after they come out of the wash. :\ Geez. Way to lower people's self-esteem by making things smaller when they're labeled large. >>;; They seemed to fit pretty okay before washing. I don't think they'll shrink THAT much. ._.;; I'll just have to wear tanks under them instead of t-shirts. Anyways. Um...Lol. at Hot Topic we saw this 9-year-old looking at freaking mini skirts and corsets for herself. We were like "Woah. That should be illegal, man." Kids these days. It pisses me off when they wear something like that just to look cool or fit in.
Uh...we also ate a crepe. |D STRAWBERRIES~ I also picked up my Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness~ And the guide. |D So I was happy. Even though I didn't really buy anything aside from the sweatshirts from Wet Seal. After that...I think we just ended up hanging out at Henry's house again until 10 or so since the aunties and stuff wanted to catch up with grandpa. But when we got home, my dad wasn't home. And my mom left a note for him. One of the few things she said was, "Please stop being so angry with me, your loving wife." That is SOOOO not my mom. So I was all freaked out and like "Crap. This is serious." But he came home around midnight and was all normal and happy. >>;; That might've been because we had guests over, but meh.
DAY THREE Um. Like nothing happened today. My cousin had to go to her dad's friend's house for most of the day. xD;; So I think I spent it catching up on dA and some anime. Then doing some CG stuff. Aand....went shopping at Kohl's with my mom for some stuff. I like never remember anything of our midnight parties, so lol. |D
DAY FOUR We went to the state fair for most of the early afternoon. 8D Lots of fat. And that didn't feel very good at all. I only ate like 2 Aussie potatoes and...something I don't remember. Plus a crepe. Which didn't taste that good either. But at least there were strawberries. I didn't get to ride a lot of rides either since my cousin lost her phone. Her iPhone. So all was panic. Even though we had 18 tickets to ourselves. At least we got to go on the Tilt-a-whirl. That is our ride. xD Both my older cousins and I used to have so much fun on that thing. It was crazy. |D
Uh...after that, we went to eat out at Mandarin Kitchen because grandpa likes huge parties. He even invited the family members that none of the family really likes. xD Still, we got to meet Amy. CUTEST KID EVER. And we finally had all the kiddies together again after 5 years. xD;; Crazy insanity ftw. Lmao. My cousin wanted to show off his chopstick skillz he just learned. So he battled with Amanda, my visiting cousin for the dumpling she was getting. He was doing good until she just slipped her chopsticks out with the dumpling. And then when she reached for the soy sauce, he lost that battle too. Of course he'd lose the battle if it was hand versus chopsticks. xD I won my dumpling too. He started grumbling about losing after that and tried to pull his dumpling back. But he tripped up his chopsticks and twisted things around and ended up putting himself into a hand cramp. Dear god. That was fucking hilarious. I couldn't breathe for like two minutes. xDD And every time I think about it, or say "hand cramp" I laugh like no tomorrow.
Uh. We also got to see Crystal for the first time in who knows how many years. It was awkward. She really seemed to be interested in our lives and asked us a lot of questions about it. xD;; And she nodded a lot. So it's kinda...um...'oookay..." But she was really pretty and mature and stuffs. 8D And we learned that she's had a boyfriend since she was 15. Now 21. She has one more year of college and maybe she'll get married to him~
DAY FIVE We had to go to Leo's house for their Open House and Amy's birthday that was like a month late. Their house is nice-ish I guess, but I think they should've stayed in their old house. It didn't look as empty as this one. I think they mostly just moved because everyone else moved. Away from them. xD;; Lmao. Remember what I said about family members that nobody really liked? Ahur.
And gawd. Something I was so afraid would happen to me some day actually happened. There was a bug in my shoe. Something big and black. Maybe a cricket or something. @_@ I don't know how long it was there, but I put on the shoe WITHOUT socks because I was being rushed out of the house. And I was like "Gosh. It feels like there's something in my shoe. Haha, but it can't be a bug. how often does that happen?" And when I took my foot out, there was a squished bug. Dx I'm traumatized. ISH. GAWD. I don't think I'll be able to wear my Converse tomorrow because of that. At least, not until I bring them in the house from the garage and actually get a chance to check them. >>;;
Er...my aunt and uncle brought us to Arbor Lakes and we got to go to Hot Topic. My cuz wasn't able to decide what to get for her boyfriend, so she didn't get anything for him. I didn't buy anything either because I didn't bring my money. >>;; And the older peoples started poking at us for liking Hot Topic. D: Oh well. Not like we care what they think.
Later that day we went to Jesse's new house that his dad won from a drawing. And we did all the stupid stuff we did when it was just us first gens and we all lived in the same state and almost the same city. Like tag, zombie, fruits. [Lol. New game. Sorta. It's like Kick the Can. Only the person who is it runs around with a broom and smacks you with it. They're the 'fruit' and has to fruitify everyone else. Also has to yell out "FRUIT!" every 10 seconds] We played Red Rover too. xD God that was fun. Amanda and Rachel with their long chicken legs lasted the longest of us all. xD;; Henry did pretty damn good while having to carry a 4-year-old too. o_O;;
We spent that last night playing Mario Kart Wii. Haha. After me and Amanda did some freaking stupid stuff, we decided to record us playing and get any other stupid stuff we did. We didn't get anything unfortunately. Except for our jerky seizure-like moves when trying to perform tricks with the wheel. xD And I said "MY ASS DOES NOT FEEL SAFE."
The things we wished we got on camera, but didn't was when Amanda smacked herself with the wheel when she was trying to trick. xD LMAO. Sometimes I'm glad I'm not tall and thin with long limbs. Also when Amanda was in 11th, about to cross the finish line, and then ended up turning and getting stuck in a circle/corner like a couple yards away from the finish line. xD Then she was passed by King Boo who was like the worst driver in that particular race. xDD
We said we should go watch some azn videos on youtube, so we did that after that race. But we watched them on the tv with the Wii. xD So we watched a lot of nigahiga, KevJumba, and shimmycocopuffsss videos. Laughing our asses off the entire time. xD Gawd. And there was a really creepy azn/white-looking girl we found on youtube that collabed with shimmy. @_@;; Her eyes were huge and so very scary. So we didn't check her page since it was nighttime. xD;;; Before we went to sleep at 5 or so, Amanda started putting youtube usernames together. I thought the funniest was 'kevhigapuffs' |D Stupid stuff, man.
DAY SIX Was today. We had to say bye bye at 2:30. :\ We hung out at grandpa/Henry's house once again for lunch. The other cousins were downstairs while we were upstairs in Henry's room talking about school and screwing around with his stuff. Like his mini radio that looks like a computer. xD;; That entertained for some time. Then we dug around in his closet picking at clothes. Moved on to commenting about how his scent was so distinctive in the whole house. xD;; Then went through his school supplies. And then we started talking about school. Juno, Amanda throwing rocks to get attention, rocks getting thrown back at her, and then giant scary paper cutters that look like a guillotine. Lol. She was all like "Yeah, the paper cutter was all squeaky when you pulled it up and down, so when a class of second graders passed by, I was all like *SCREECH, SQUEAK, EERIE, SCREECH, SQUEAK* It probably scared the shit outta them."
And after she left, me and my mom went to return some stuff to Kohl's and bought some stuff. And we went to Hot Topic to get the things I wanted. xD;; TEAM JACOB SHIRT GO.
