so a tornado hit two blocks from tulane last night. and i slept right thru it. although shubho says i woke up and said "are you freaking kidding me?" then fell back asleep.
i drove through the debris on carrollton..i've never driven through TORNADO DEBRIS! tres exciting.
after having two of my classes in the dark this morning, since the electricity was out all over, tulane decided to cancel classes. so the moral is..everyone should come to new orleans because we're too busy with natural disasters to go to class! yay!
