I scored an interview! And its not in the food service field! Its for a CSR/Project Manager at a Print/Communications co.! I'm not sure I'm wholly qualified, but if they want to set up an interview, I must have something they like, right?! In any event, its a start and I'm glad for that. There is another job I'm applying for that would perfect for me, as far as location and experience, so wish me luck, people!
