Overboard is a sweet movie.
I watched Bravo's Top 100 scariest movie moments. That was pretty sweet. Afterwards, I had a bit of trouble falling asleep. The raging thunderstorm and the mouse I had just seen sure didn't help, either. The top five scariest movie moments were:
5. Texas Chainsaw Massacre
The part where Leatherface comes out of the back room and clubs that dude over the head a couple times, then dragging him off, and sliding that creepy metal door shut.
Yeah, that's pretty scary, but the part that's always freaked me out the most is when he sticks that girl on the meat hook, and she's just grabbing at it, trying to pull herself off.
4. The Exorcist
Where her head does the 360.
I still think any moment in the film where they flash Captain Howdy's face. I am so scared of it, when they showed it last night, I had my turtleneck over my face, and I was practically in tears. I think this movie is deserving of the #1 or #2 spot.
3. Psycho
I guess it was where he pushed Mitch down the stairs.
No way! The shower scene is way scarier.
2. Alien
The scene where the alien comes out of John Hurt.
Yeah I think that ought to be #1. My parents tried to show me this when I was six, and I had to sleep with the light on for the next 9 years.
1. Jaws
One of the numerous scenes where the shark is trying to attack the boat.
I don't really like this movie.
