[suddenly there are entirely DIFFERENT sounds, of the smashing variety. The type of smashing that is done by something huge and powerful. They are accompanied by the occasional THUMP sound, as if whatever is attacking hit the ground instead of a spider, as well as one lone sound of glass breaking]
