Don't eat after 8 p.m. unless necessary
drink LOADS of water
Eat nuts

green/black/white - tea with splenda
smoothies- any.

Eat only when hungry (not when you think you are, stomach growls are a key indicator of hunger)
Moderation
Breakfast- Weekdays- 7:30
Grapefruit (or citrus) and orange juice or milk
or a granola bar or oatmeal
weekends- 8:30-9:30 eggs and fruit

Lunch- 11 whatever
weekends- 12-3 whatever

Break days are every 2 weeks. One day where you can eat up to 2000 calories

Maximum calorie intake is 1300
Minimum is 800-900
