i'm assuming the trainer comment was directed to me? i'm not sure how it works, every gym is different. i also don't have a certification, so it would be a little tougher to con the gym into letting me come in with you strictly as a trainer. i am looking into getting certified though. i think it's something i really want to do. i can't stand being at the gym and seeing people who really have no clue what they're doing...i just want to help them. so maybe when i go back to school, i'll look into that aspect. i think i would be really happy teaching and training and coaching a sports team. who knows...
anyways...i'd love to come with you and once i move in, maybe i'll plan to get a membership there. kpmg offers a discount there as well i think...then we won't have to worry about getting me in as a guest. i could at least come once every 8-12 weeks though and show you a new program to work on, etc.
about the sunday workouts. i'm game for doing something every sunday....why only once a month? i think we should make it a goal to workout together every weekend. if one person can't come, then that's fine. we can make breakfast somedays, do russos and occassionaly go to angora/brighton cafe or something.
about presidents weekend...let's remember that christine doesn't get a holiday from now until memorial day weekend....and trying to get off one of those long weekend days that everyone else has off is impossible, especially considering that i got off the week between christmas and new years. b/c my department is so small, only 1 person can be out at a time and we have to rotate holidays to keep it fair. so i could do a fri-sun thing, but not a full weekend that weekend. sorry guys.
Ok I have an idea. How about you come with me for my first visit to the gym and get me started on a program. I am sure I can get you in as a guest at least that first time.
