I think I just broke up with Mark. Actually, out of guilt I told him that I was having regrets about us and I needed to think about things. Then he asked me to call him whenever I was ready to talk.

I'm more in shock than sad. I almost started crying when I took my ring off tonight--the one that he gave me. I put it in the Birks box where the necklace he gave me was sitting. Tomorrow, I'm going to give it all back.
